TIFFANY TAYLOR
Owner & CPA
Tiffany Taylor isn’t just your accountant — she’s a small business owner too. She knows firsthand what it takes to build something, manage the finances, and make smart decisions that keep a business moving forward. That perspective shapes everything about how Tiffany Taylor CPA operates.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from UMKC, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. She launched her career as a staff auditor at a public accounting firm before spending six years as a financial controller at a property management company — managing staff and serving a wide range of ownership groups. That combination of public accounting rigor and real-world business operations gave her a well-rounded foundation that most accountants simply don’t have.
Today, Tiffany specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced CFO support for small businesses across the KC metro and beyond — with a focus on the kind of proactive financial strategy that actually moves the needle.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at sporting events and school activities or planning her next trip to Disney World!
JILL PERRY
Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Jill has been part of the Tiffany Taylor CPA team since 2018, bringing 16 years of experience across small businesses in industries ranging from construction and property management to event planning.
She’s the kind of person who’s done it all — bookkeeping, project coordination, HR, office management — and brings that real-world versatility to every client she works with.
Outside the office, you’ll find her at the KC Curling Club, on the golf course, or traveling with her son and friends.
SARAH GONTERMAN
Bookkeeper
Sarah brings a perspective to bookkeeping that only comes from growing up in a small business family. Raised in Estes Park, Colorado, she learned early on that treating clients like family isn’t just good manners — it’s good business. She brings that same warmth and a natural knack for organization and problem-solving to her role at Tiffany Taylor CPA.
Outside the office, Sarah is busy with her husband Brett and their three kids. She enjoys biking, puzzling and hosting game nights with friends.
AMY BROST
Bookkeeper
Born-and-raised in Independence, Amy bringing over 20 years of experience and a background that’s anything but traditional.
A proud Mizzou grad, Amy’s built a career that spans higher education, the nonprofit sector, and the Kansas City startup ecosystem – giving her a uniquely grounded perspective on what small businesses actually need to grow.
Outside the office, you’ll find her logging miles on the trail, enjoying a new read, or off on an adventure with her family.
